LIBS DON’T GET SEPARATION OF CHURCH STATE.

I go out of my way to find opposing opinions to my own views to see what arguments or comments are being made so I can prepare my arguments to address them or counter them.

What is disconcerting about the diatribe that I found in this discussion about the Separation of Church and State is.. there are alot of assumptions being made and a question they dont even seem to be thinking about in the argument are:

- They are assuming that atheists are communists.  Just because Lenin was an atheist?  pff.  They’re gonna have to do better than that.

- They are assuming that atheists are liberals.  While I do admit I have some supposed “liberal positions”… I do not consider myself a liberal.  Im a Centrist, a Moderate..and more importantly an Independent.  There is such a thing as a Conservative Atheist

- They are not really saying how a Separation of Church and State keeps them from practicing their faith. As you will see in my response… I answered it for them… it doesn’t.
