Woody was born and mostly raised from Orlando, Florida just a stones throw from “the happiest place on Earth.” He relocated to the Metro-Atlanta area in late 1986.

By day, Woody is a Business Analyst dreaming up solutions and leading client implementations. By night, he is a student at the University of Florida majoring in Public Relations. Woody is a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America, the Football Writers Association of America and the Society of Professional Journalists.

In his spare time, Woody is a writer and amateur photographer, enjoys cooking, dabbles in tennis, and a decent bowler.

Original content can be found on his site, but Woody has also written for:

  • – The Signal at Georgia State University as a beat writer for college football.
  • – Peach State College Sports covering Georgia State Football.
  • – The Atlanta Journal Constitution as a blogger covering Norcross, Ga., Gwinnett Village and Gwinnett County.

Today, Woody is on the Media Relations team for the March For Science Atlanta and often volunteers his “pen” and camera for other non-profit groups.
