The state of Georgia just took several leaps and bounds into modern civilization. Georgians pretty overwhelming approved to allow Sunday alcohol sales in 13 cities and counties across Georgia including: Gwinnett, Dekalb, and Cobb.
Let us rejoice in the fact that we are actually being allowed to make personal choices for ourselves. Let us rejoice even more.. that the stranglehold of the bible thumpers on our individuality and personal choice.. is coming to an end.
Thirteen metro jurisdicitions approve Sunday sales

The Atlanta Journal-ConstitutionWith all results in, all 13 metro Atlanta jurisdictions that held alcohol referendums Tuesday approved lifting the Sunday package sales ban.
The biggest win for Sunday sales was in unincorporated DeKalb County, where 72 percent of voters approved. The narrowest victory was in Lovejoy, where 54 percent of voters approved, the measure passing by just 29 votes.
Other jurisdictions approving: Cobb, Forsyth, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale counties, and the cities of Austell, Buford, Conyers, Cumming, Marietta and Powder Springs.
After various start dates, stores in those areas will be permitted to sell beer, wine and liquor starting at 12:30 p.m. on
Sundays.
