DOMINATING win by the Bolts last night! Stamkos, Conacher, Pyatt, Tyrell, and Lecavalier all found their way to the back of the net with St. Louis, Lecavalier, Hedman, Tyrell, Pyatt, Pouliot and Conacher each showing their support and coming in with atleast one assist. I know it is a bit early, and there is still plenty to prove, but Lindback may be coming into his own in net for the Bolts. He was 2-28 for shots on goal, compared to Panthers goalie Jose Theodore who was 5-33. Gonna be interesting seeing how Lindback progresses through this short season. Do the Lightning FINALLY have an answer in net?
Still a little too early to be too concerned about the standings just yet, however, the Bolts are on top of their division with a 3 point lead over Winnipeg. Tampa is second in the conference and only 1 point behind the Bruins.
Speaking of Winnipeg… The Bolts face the Jets Friday 2/1/13 at 7:30 pm. The Jets are currently 3-2 on the season.
